Bank officials recognized the need to develop a single-source partner to handle the design, production and installation of image elements for new and renovated branches. Too many suppliers were complicating the coordination and implementation of Huntington's programs. And with more than 300 branches to operate, they didn’t want the headaches and wasted effort.

Total Image’s initial assignment was to develop a virtual walkthrough of Huntington's new “branch of the future” design using 3D Studio Max modeling. This considerable time and cost saving step allowed us to work together to tweak the design and branding elements and keep within the roll-out budget. All of our image elements have been produced and installed in the field and include everything from the teller station to the check writing stand to merchandising elements and exterior signage.

New branches have consistently exceeded monthly sales plans. In addition, we are working on a new ATM surround system and the re-branding of a recent bank acquisition. Once again, the Total Image solution and our synergistic partnership approach have achieved the desired branding results while staying within budget.
